The properties of Artevia™ Stone offer higher durability compared to other type of pavement, low maintenance and cleanability.

Artevia™ Stone is a special concrete, fabricated with cement, selected aggregates, reinforced with polypropylene fibers and the latest generation of additive that results in a pavement with strong abrasion resistance and excellent esthetical finish with an aspect of carved stone.
Artevia™ Stone is the ideal concrete for external pavements who wants to imitate the natural stone in all sense.
Artevia™ Stone is available in a wide range of colours.

Artevia™ Stone concrete will behave in exactly the same way as conventional concrete.
As with all decorative concrete, the Artevia™ Stone paving should be designed with particular attention to joint spacing.
Protect adjacent areas from possible splashes of concrete.
Always applied a sealing agent for curing purpose.
Joints have to be done 24 hours after place the concrete.
To maintain and keep the pavement in optimal conditions is recommended to apply protective sealer to avoid preventing ingress of dirt & staining of the surface.
To clean the surface a normal washing is required.

RECOMMENDATION

Artevia TM concrete behaves in exactly the same way as conventional concrete
Special care is needed for full compaction of the concrete
The recommended minimum thickness is 80 – 100mm in applications for pedestrian loads and 120 mm for roads of light vehicles
Can be reinforced with fibers to mitigate any effects of plastic shrinkage
Do not add any other raw material to Artevia™ Stone, otherwise compromise its features and performance

APPLICATION

Spread the concrete homogeneously covering the entire surface
Application of Lafarge curing agent is required to ensure proper finish
Conduct the joints cut approximately 24h after pouring the concrete
The mechanical treatment applied to the concrete may start once the strength of the concrete is adequate
Application of Lafarge sealing agent is required to maintain the pavement in optimal conditions
